Increasinly Bad Quality Control

Thats kind of the point, for the prices they charge we really shouldn't have to fix so much. They have a mixed track record on customer service, we've seen good experiences and bad ones posted here. But again, for the price we shouldn't be getting damaged or screwed up product in the first place.

1.Buy them and accept them as they are
2.Buy them,upgrade them, and make them better

Have never ordered anything from FTC and, after seeing what you received and the shape it was in, I'm not prone to in the future. That never should have made it past the QC department at FTC much less made it to packaging a shipping. I work for a printing house that prints close to a million pieces of product. A day. Everyday. We've had some QC issues in the past and, as a result, the company not only lost money, but it hurt our rep as well. Suffice it to say, the people who were working in our QC Dept. aren't there anymore. We've gone six months without a single messed up item making it past our QC department. I think maybe FTC needs to hire some better QC people lest their reputation go down the toilet.

Given an option, I prefer not to order directly from FTC. BBTS is my number one, with EE the runner-up. It doesn't guarantee the quality of what is inside the clamshells, but at least the items are well packed and arrive without any outer damage.

The interior of your carrying case is clearly a mess, but just want to add that I've bought 3 carrying case from them and they all have the same rip, in the same corner. I wonder if that's a standard weakness in the design.

I really can't fathom why the carrying cases are so pricey. Drop the price by $25 then maybe I'll bite. After seeing these pics though, I'll be content with my plastic tubs!

Yeah they are very overpriced for what they are, but they look super cool when you open them and they're full :D
