Weak Ankles

This was probably discussed before, but I was looking for some help.

I decided to free my Batman '66 figures and display them (I really love these noticed the figures have amazingly loose ankles. Standing them is a real challenge as they tend to too easily fall backwards or forwards.

Any suggestions?

Try popping the feet off, then reattach them. Also straighten the figure up as best you can, then pose they way you want.

doll stands. I'm using them for mine so they don't shelf dive and get chewed up by Dotty.

I never tried popping the feet off but that does sound like a good idea.
What I do is, I buy all my figures socks from the CTVT page.
The socks work really well to help the figures stand because it gives them ankle support.
Unfortunately, this won't work on Batman & Robin due to the way their feet were built, you may have to try the popping off technique for those 2 figures.
