I hate to disagree but I do believe that they are talking POTA and my reasoning is because if you click on any of the product links, it'll say (for example) "Item Number: URKOJACKETBLACKBLACK".

they already have the bodies with black boots.

I'm looking forward to see what the Deluxe Superhero Cape looks like.

From the description, it sounds like it might be the hooded cape, just without the hood. Satin finish, wires inside, hook at the neck.

Really hope they add photos soon, as I'me ready to order a bunch of stuff.

You're most likely right, but FTC changed it. There was no way they could use a name easily protected by copyright in any part of the description. I don't see how they could produce the heads and not violate copyright. The Chambers makeup is i.p the way Universal Monsters are.

I'm guessing the hands and ape suits are not as hairy hands were used for Trek and WGSH and the ape vests are not exact replicas of the POTA designs or Klingon vests. Have to admit that's pretty clever. Almost guarantees Lizard, Neptunian, Mugato, and Talos head replicas. Have to think Thor and Mr. F fall into that nexus. Torch also if they shaved off the flames.
