A 4-pack would make sense for EE or perhaps Diamond. Cost prohibitive for me unless you had a very low production run.

From a collector POV a low production run sounds just the ticket. Owning something 'exclusive' to just one outlet in a very limited quantity is very appealing to myself. I'm not just talking overstock figures made into double packs here. If you really are talking EXCLUSIVE, I'm in.
If the retailer is guaranteed to make a living at the same time, then it's win, win.Comment

You ask for ideas then everything is cost prohibitive, not sure how a repop of a Mego could cost you that much outside of getting the boxes made. The boxed figures are the only rehash left for the WGSH so it will happen eventually since FTC seems to be the repackaging kings of Florida. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. Surf's Up Joker & Batman with cardboard surfboards seems like "doable" exclusives and a popular choice. The additional cost is in cardstock and some shorts, probably reasonable $$.
I would have welcomed a Vote for Penguin, but I think most here--myself included--want something more tangible in an exclusive.WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.Comment

A multi-pack with all re-used pieces is easy. For instance a Alfred in Bat-suit with removable cowl paired with a Batman with pink removable cowl. Make it a really low production run of 250 pieces and the price point would still have to be right at $70 for retail. Many will complain that it is not "different enough." I totally get that. But a 2-pack of Goons for instance, would require new heads and new outfits and a higher production with a higher retail price of around $100. Then retailers are accused of "gouging." A good exclusive that works for everybody has to strike the right balance. Not to toot our own horns, but I think our Clown Joker was the perfect example. It was relevant and had a very different look. It required no new tooling and was relatively inexpensive to produce. Add in the low production run of just 500 pieces and you really had something special. We will see what happens.Comment

^^^ Penguin goons can be done from what CTVT offers already in loose pieces, just use whatever generic heads they have available. at the most all a goon requires are some new clothing pieces, which you already did something like that with the Joker Opera Clown figure. The original 4 WGSH in boxes, window or solid would be ultra easy to repop. You must try to generate happiness within yourself. If they are just going to use existing outfits. Let's have the stunt double Batman & Robin. They would need to repurpose some heads they have from older lines. You remember how different the stunt doubles looked, noticeably differentmego's befo ho'sComment
