So is the Batman TV Series almost over?

don't think Lee's on the table, seems like it would have been teased by now if she was. Kitt and Newmar were used in the comic so far. I think that books use of likenesses is a good indicator or what's what. They could expand the line with some of the new villains the comic has added to the 66 universe like Clayface, Harley, Red Hood, Grundy, Bane and so on.

with O'Hara coming, I hope Gordon is in the works, too. the figures still mentioned by FTC would make up more than one wave with Babs, Batgirl, RC Batman, O'Hara and the Catwomen Newmar and Kitt. That's a wave and a half. hoping for a few surprise villains to round out the line.

I agree. It's a beautiful line. Obviously, if they start doing Archer & Minerva, it's running out of steam. But there're several good villains they could still do. I'd like to see Louie the Lilac as well.

On July 28 someone tweeted to FTC

You guys made the best Batman line ever if u never made any more I would still be way happy

FTC replied There's going to be more! We promise!

I don't know if they were talking about Batman 66 or Retro Batman line?

Surely FTC will keep Batman 66 going thru 2016 the show's 50th anniversary!

Next year is the 50th anniversary of the show, and there is supposed to be a Batman '66 animated movie voiced by Adam West and Burt Ward, so I'm hoping there will be another burst of hype and public interest to keep it going for a while longer. But if it does end after series 5, that would still be a pretty good run.

So, with Series 4 coming in October and a Series 5 "announced," do you think the Batman TV Series is almost over?
I believe with these next 2 waves, FTC will have produced all the characters originally mentioned (and variants).
I'm ok if this is the end because I think FTC has done a fantastic job with them ... but I'm greedy and I wouldn't mind more 😎

FTC could def make some more great figs (in my opinion) ... Louie the Lilac / Sandman / J Astin Riddler / ANY female character.

What ya think? Is it almost over or could we maybe get more ...?
