It's you daddy and your granddaddy's Batmen. I would've liked to have seen the 66 style boots and gloves on these guys. Love the card art and the variations in costumes, though. I might get the Robin and definitely the Black-costume Batgirl. The Batgirl may the the best looking non 66 figure FTC has made.

I very much agree on the boots and Gloves comment. Batmans mask shadowed like Batgirls would have also taken them to another level. Sigh!!

I love that teen sized Robin figure. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! I'd prefer him to have the green cape, like the picture on the back.

Another easy pass on all of these for me. If Robin had a different head sculpt I would have picked him up though.

REALLY surprised to see oven mitts in these figures. I do like the different paint app on Robin's face. Pretty good re-use of the original sculpt.

Ummm.
If they had at least gone for a darker blue for the Batman figures it might have been worth it. I also would have preferred using the cape from the 66 Batman.

Batgirl is the best of the group. She also could have used the 66 Batman cape.

My preference would have been for all of the Bat capes have a black lining.

Robin, bless his heart, looks every bit as creepy as the comics.

The '66 Batman's cape is too long for the '66 Batman, but done in the right shade of blue, it would have been perfect for the Golden Age Batman!

probably because these are being generated quickly as its all recycled/recast parts and the other actual new stuff has yet to be manufactured. No new tooling or clothing designs to worry about. To me its just another set of variants that I have no interest in at all.

On the Figures site where you order this figure it says "DC Comics Retro "First Appearances" Series 1 Robin Action Figure (Yellow Cape)." Since they clarify that, I assume a Green cape will come.

Also notice the Batman and the Removable Cowl Batman have different belts and chest emblems.

These look like fun. A very cool idea, even if it means "recycling" other parts. I hope the Robin head is resized to fit appropriately on the 6" TT body.

I really like these, overall. But, I too don't care for the oven mitt gloves, at all.
