The figure looks great. I will probably wait for a 2 pack of Batman and Robin with removable masks though. I think that would display better since I already have separately packaged figures with non-removable masks. If they did that before Christmas, I might get 2 like that and give one as a Christmas present.

I don't think it can get an smaller and still fit; the hair and the ears pretty well dictate minimum size here, and I think this is it. The Bat '66 heads are a tad on the bigger side (not bad, and the bulk of most costumes helps minimize that a bit), so making a mask to go over the head is going to look ludicrously large. I can see folks having Bats standing there holding it, though. Definitely a pass for me, as was RM Robin, because I don't recall ever seeing them in costume maskless in the series.

I've heard this mentioned a few times since the release of RM Robin and the truth is that I originally felt the same way because it's true that they never appeared in costume without masks/cowls on the TV show.
However, I then remembered that they did appear this way on the screen test and that was good enough for me to justify the purchase of Robin and eventually I'll buy Batman when he is released.

Hadn't thought of that; doesn't change my mind on getting the figures, but it is a justification for their being made.

And they were both in different costumes, too. Still, maskless Adam West is not canon within the 120 episodes so it is a real easy pass.

The main reason I want RC Batman and RM Robin is to display them with accessories. FTC put out so many great accessories for Batman and Robin that the original releases from wave 1 can't hold them all. Now I will have two slightly different versions that can be posed with more accessories. For me, it justified getting them. Plus, the old Mego feel. I may even buy two RC Batman so I can give the cowl to my Mad Hatter figure as an accessory for him. I wouldn't mind a pink cowl RC Batman figure either. For the most part I really love variants, as long as they don't take away from real releases...or are not totally stupid ones like the tied up figures.

Babs, but still no sign of her father. Must be some outstanding likeness rights issues. But, begorra, at least we're getting O'Hara and two Catwomen.

And Tut-Tut. Can't forget everyone's favorite psychotic pharaoh finally being made in toy form.

Hoping we see something on Batgirl and Catwoman soon! I'd love to see at least a prototype.
