I wanted a Joker van as a kid and used to see them stacked up in boxes at Woolworth's . FTC is showing a lot of big items Batcave ,18" figures., Vehicles etc.
and I have limited storage so I stick to 8" figures mostly but might get a few big items but hope to see Arrowcar , Hall of Justice, Batgirl with Batcycle

^^ I don't see them coming in below 50 bucks. They include an exclusive figure with each, so that tacks on a value of around 20 bucks right there.Leave a comment:

While the van announcement is cool ( and I'd love to have a BatLab as I couldnt get one as a kid)
I'd rather have seen a SuperMobile built on the SpiderCar/GreenArrowCar bodystyle,
as well as a WW invisible jet!
Now as long as the Vans are less than $50 US, they might just have a sale...but if the vans are $100 and above, I don't see it.Leave a comment:

Disappointing for sure but you might remember that the same thing happened a couple of weeks ago.
They gave us a first clue that was about "The Scarecrow" but was then changed to be about the 18 inch KISS figures and then they got back to the Scarecrow the next week.
So, maybe next week?????Last edited by houseofdracula; May 16, '15, 9:15 AM.Leave a comment:

I will pick up any repro vehicles. I had (and still have) the Batmobile and blue Batcycle, and the Empire Batcopter (which is probably long gone). I wish I had the Arrowcar and Jokermobile.
I will have to see what the new vehicles look like before I commit. Space and funds are limited.
If the exclusive figures are good though, that can certainly sway my decision.Leave a comment:

A complete U turn on the first clue and no figures for the 66 line. What a disappointment!Leave a comment:

^^ NECA provides themed updates for via Twitter nearly everyday, Monday through Friday each week. They make product announcements then allow their fan-based to be a part of the production process by posting designs concepts, master sculpts, prototypes, packaging, etc. as well as answering a ton of redundant questions along the way. It's quite a commendable effort that seems to result in less hysteria and a reliably happy fan-base.

Cute, a truck or van for the superheroes to roll out like Ghostbusters!!! I like this idea however, why are ALL the announcements coming ONLY from FTC? Is there something I don't know? Why don't we get Friday updates from Neca,Mezco,Biff Pang Pow or anyone else??? Im still wondering about lines mentioned on February of last year???? LIKE, Starroid 8 inch Raiders???? That's actually one point in it's favor for me; I got some of the SWAT and Rookies figures back in the day to use as police with my Justice League/Mego adventures.
A Gotham PD police car would be even better, especially if they make a Solomon Grundy in the Super Friends line; I'd love to re-create the scen where he hefts such a car and yells, "Solomon Grundy not hold it! Solomon Grundy hold police car!"

Why not Jokermobile instead of Police Van which is weakest of the 4 vans? Police Van sounds like a generic police van Empire would make in the 70s for a TV show like SWAT starring Robert Urich who I always thought looked like Bruce Wayne!Leave a comment:

That may be a big reason they are investing in making the molds for a van.
The Bat Lab is something I never got back in the day, so I'm definitely in for that. A Daily Planet van would be cool, if that's what the Supes turns out to be, but if that were the case, I think they'd have just called it that (it would be good thing to put out to go with the Daily Plnaet figures, though). The other vans are likely passes,Leave a comment:
