Is this hint "ROOTED" in truth? Or are you trying to MOLD our perceptions on the 66 Females?????

As always, Thanks mickeymoose 4 some hope! Hope the heads on the 66 females do not provide any "BIG" complaints or OVERSIZED dramatic rants! (Ok, are the heads too big?)

I also agree that the gals should all have rooted hair,if its long .The Superfriends is another thing-and thats to keep the animated look
like Bif bang pows Venture bros figures .Molded hair would look awful on the retro gals in DC & 66 lines ,like the girls from BBPs Lost, and
the Dr who Leela figure (which looked bad).Just as the new diamond /Emce "new" modern Thor will look bad (my opinion only) Its just
that mego look ,that i want, with these.

FTC: IF the 1966 Catwoman (Julie & Eartha) & BATGIRL do NOT have rooted hair, it's a complete deal breaker for me. You want molded hair, go to Mattel's Batman 66 line! MEGO females NEED rooted hair if it's long, we'll figure out how to make it nice....BUT it needs to be rooted & CLEAR Headbands as your female DC figures look horrible when the hair isn't maintained in a clear band like MEGO did!

    So FTC:

1.) 66 Batgirl & Catwoman (Eartha & Newmar) NEED rooted hair.
2.) Barbara Gordon can have molded if you'd like (like BIG head prototype Jayna)
    3.) 66 females NEED NECKS
4.) Include removable masks with all CATWOMAN figures.....DO NOT make us buy variants to get their masks....That's a blatant RIP OFF!

I will buy multiples of each Catwoman & Batgirl IF they are rooted hair & IF the Catwoman figures have included removable masks their first release.

I WILL Quit this line if they lose the MEGO look having molded hair, & REFUSE to PAY for variants of Cawomen figures to get their masks like you did with that 66 Movie "Masked variant" rip off Penguin! *Penguin didn't need a RM in his intial release, but CATWOMAN does need Removable Masks 1st release! Don't think we're ripe for the picking anymore. DO THIS RIGHT FTC & you get my $$$ & plenty of it! Try to take me for a ride with these future 66 figures (& all DC) & I'll jump from the moving car & spend more thousand with Mattel instead of you guys. Sorry to be strong handed, but to her people on here (NOT talking sbout the E-tailers, talking above poster) suggesting making Catwoman variants at higher prices to get their masks is RIDICULOUS! Nothing personal the poster, just disgusted by the thought of FTC thinking they should charge $35 for varaints of Catwoman (Newmar & Kitt so far) JUST to get her character essential removable masks is INSANITY & I don't want FTC getting any other BAD ideas.

What want to no is why no news on Julie Newmar or Yvonne Craig? No announcement, no prototypes or anything. I hope FTC aren't getting sidetracked with all these other announcements.

I think for Barbara Gordon, they pretty much have to go with molded hair. But for Batgirl, I'd still like to see the red hair coming from under the back of the mask. Hopefully a more realistic hair than the bright Ronald McDonald red they use on the other heads they sell.

As for Catwoman, I think they can do rooted hair and make it look good. I would like to see them do a clear headpiece to hold it in place while shipping. I'd also like to see them do her mask removable. That way they only have to do one head sculpt.

They are very motivated to present an incredible product. In my opinion, Batgirl and Julie Newmar Catwoman will be the second wind for this line. If they get those 2 right, they extend the line for years to come. Mess those up, and it spells trouble. In a years time, we will probably be hearing "ANOTHER BATGIRL! COME ON! Where in the world is Evening Gown Aunt Harriet?"
I can see them doing a couple Barbara Gordon figures (one in famous bathing suit as seen in the Surfing episode, and regular library version), Batgirl however is more tricky as she really had no other look, except the pilot Batgirl. I really can't think of any other variant. Catwoman, on the other hand, I can think of several. Not only one of each (Julie, Lee and Eartha) but each one masked and unmasked. Also, I vote for not having rooted hair. I don't think they look near as great with rooted hair. The females all have such bad hair. Julie, Eartha, and Yvonne all had certain styles that I don't think they can be done right in rooted hair. Hot Toys quality maybe, not the hair FTC currently uses. I just don't think it will work. They will not capture the style. Which is why I think they went with non rooted hair on Super Friends Jayna. I really do agree Catwoman and Batgirl will put life back into this line...me personally though, I mostly want King Tut, Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, False Face and Commissioner Gordon. They are my top 5 wants. It concerns me Gordon is missing from the card back. I mean O'Hara? Really? Gordon needs to come first.IMO

Head sculpts and costumes aside, what would really help FTC Batgirl and Catwoman is to give them NEW improved female bodies and not use the same crappy bodies that they currently use for their females

Will 66 Batgirl have removeable cowl? Barbara Gordon had short black hair and wore a red wig as Batgirl! How will FTC work that?
