Is there a Villains accessory pack? I was going to put a joker decal on my hero packs utility belt for joker. Maybe I won't have too.

yes, I despise variants. I want one of each on the shelf. I am going to have to spend 20 bucks more to make these more accurate. Something CTVT could have done with stuff on hand at their shop.

Does Shame include the feathers or whatever they are, that hang off his belt like he had it on the show? I have an extra pair of white hands so I will switch them out on Mad Hatter. Only real complaint I have on Hatter is no black strip on his hat. Big mistake FTC.

no feathers and no real gunbelt, I'm amazed that they get so much of it right then screw up on accuracy of his weapons. This figure did get a lot more attention to detail than Egghead got tho.

I ordered both of these from BBTS. They just got in the NECA 1/4 Burt Ward Robin, which is in my Pile of Loot. So as soon as they get these, I will have them ship out some 1966 Batman goodness!

I think in his first appearance, the Hatter wore white gloves & spats and in his second, gray gloves & spats--I'll have to double-check.

I'm not sure about the spats but you're correct on the gloves.
However, this figure is supposed to be the white gloved version and I know this because his tie is different when he wore the gray gloves.
Also, he's missing the flower on his lapel when he's wearing the gray gloves.
