Couldn't you just do Supergirl's side part and bangs yourself? Or is that difficult to do because of how her hair is styled?
If you need a hole, I can dig it.

^^^ I was considering doing exactly that, BUT w/ the figure's head being rooted w/ the middle part, it would be very hard to make a new side part & train the hair to naturally stay in the new style. I was considering doing something I've only done once, & stopped after 85% was done because Mego Mary Ellen Walton's scalp split at the middle parted seam.........RE-Root the whole head! But I think even w/ rerooting it. the holes creating the middle part would make it hard to successfully pull off the original Mego Supergirl look.

I am way behind in moving out of my place & into my new one, so after the move I'll decide if it is worth doing or not lol!

Guys, I finally decided which of my x2 FTC MXY's to open (I opened the one MXY w/ the pinched face hoping they might someday sell Mxy heads @ CTVT although it's doubtful because it's DC), & I have a question for you guys w/ opened FTC MXY:

*Does your FTC MXY have SUPER LOOSE KNEES? 1 of his kness is as bad as my FTC Wonder Girl where it's so loose it feels like it'll fall off & even his other knee is very loose. Both knees easily will swing back & forth if you rock the figure at all. It's disappointing his knees are like that on mine, but I haven't heard this from anyone else here yet so I thought I'd ask. I got my loose FTC Superman to be more poseable w/ his arms by playing w/ him a lot more so that's good, but he is strung tightly still. Bizarro has almost no poseability w/ his arms lifted up at all due to his super tight rubber bands. If I continue to pose & play w/ Bizarro's & Superman's arms, will it benefit the figure's posing by stretching out/loosening the rubber bands at all or no? I don't want them to break, & the arms are definitely NOT tearing through at the shoulders like FTC Batman wave 1 figures, but I really want to be able to pose these & make them playable so my x2 nephews can enjoy playing w/ these now, & eventually in a year or so my Grandson! Let me know about your FTC Mxy's knees & if you have had any luck w/ altering the tightness of the bands of some of the FTC figures by playing around/posing them. Thanks 4 any help or info guys!

Yes, my FTC Mxy has loose legs. IIRC, one leg was more loose than the other. Mine will still stand and display, but a simply tilt or shake is all it takes to bring it too its knees.

^^^ Yes, just like mine. I mean if I gently shake the FTC MXY the legs swing wildly at the knees! It's too bad, as I LOVE his update! I don't remember my FTC TT male figures' legs doing that at all. My loose Wonder Girl FTC I have has this as well, especially 1 leg where it dangles far past the other & I can barely stand her at all. I haven't tried to stand MXY, but I was already upset by his pinched head. It's firmer than I thought it would be, & Idon't know how to fix it......just squeezing it into his proper head shape proved fruitless!

My FTC Bizarro is strung so tightly that both his arms immediately pull down by his sides if I try lifting them to pose them. He also can only hold te flying arms upward position by using his BIG head to hold them up & separate them. I finaly played w/ my open FTC Superman to where w/ time & multiple attempts, I can get his arms up into the flying pose w/out using his head to keep the arms from pulling down or crossing. I have had these arm posing problems w/ almost all my FTC WGH male figures so far, & all my FTC Batman 66 wave 1 figures. I haven't had time to open my Batman 66 wave 2 figures yet, but am glad to here a few posters here stating FTC's male 8" bodies are improving QC wise w/ each new wave! I'm hoping for the price of each figure, especially as I buy at least x2 of each figure in WGH & Batman 66 waves 1 + 2 (-66 Variants), the bodies get to te thickness/sturdiness of Mego's 8" bodies & that they either go bandless or find a way to string them so they pose as intended. I have never gotten excited like I did upon FTC re-mego announcement, but really barely tough them let alone ever play w/ them w/ my nephews or grandson, which is the reason I bought at least doubles of all of them so far. I'm hoping the QC on the FTC bodies & paint details on the WGH's continue to improve so this can become my favorite & most expansive toyline to date. My JU & MOTUC collections have been getting ALL the playtime! I really wanted to share the Mego memories of the 70s-early 80s w/ by making NEW Mego memories playing for hours w/ these w/ my boys (x2 nephews & my grandson) & my Granddaughter in a few years when she's older. I hope they get a handle on this ASAP, & I hope when I open the 1 set of FTC Super Powers FF series 1 & finally get 66 Shame & Mad Hatter, I can report seeing the QC improvements as well. I would of open my Wave 2 66 Batman Wave MONTHS ago, & FTC FF wave 1 Aquaman, GA & Shazam weeks ago, IF I literally hadn't lost so much excitement I had initially when these FTC re-Megos/repros were announced/released. The fact I'm totally fine waiting months for EE to sell 1966 Shame & Mad Hatter before buying them immediately from FTC when they got them in, shows my interest & excitement are waning! Hoping QC improvement along w/ NEW FTC pictures/announcements of upcoming product will reignite the fire again!

I'm getting the Superman soon, noticed wave 2 will include Clark Kent, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olson, I'd like to see them add
Perry White and Lex Luthor hopefully at some point.

I'm still looking VERY forward to FTC's Superman wave 2, I just wonder if they'll get the heads sizes right like Torak's head scale! Hoping they do all new figures for WGH's & Superfriend's w/ heads that match the size & scale as the majority of Mego's & their own FTC repro's of te WGSH.

I'm wondering if FTC's Torak's head has DC stamped on it because it's going to be used for Jimmy Olsen or Captain Marvel/Shazam Jr.? If I don't like the FTC's Jimmy Olsen head's size, or if it's too detailed for me like Bizarro's, I'll just do what I was planning on way before I saw FTC had pictures of Jimmy Olsen on the Cardbacks.....use a CTVT Orange/red haired Robin head or even a red head Shazam/Peter head & paint freakles. I was hoping the Comm. Gordon, Bizarro, Jimmy Olsen, ect. NEW characters were going to match/blend w/ later wave Mego's w/ solid hair colors & simpler sculpts. I think the DC WGH FTC is putting out like Scarecrow, Ra's Al Ghul, Comm. Gordon, Bizarro, ect. more closely fits their Batman 66 line's detail level when it comes to sculpting & paint details. But all hope is not lost, because I'm hoping the FTC Superfriends line fills in the missing DC superheroes that will mirror the look & 70s Mego feel of the WGSH. So a more detailed DC line, Batman 66, & hopefully for me & DC Superfriends line that will include FILMATION DC cartoon designs, as I find the DC MEGO WGSH to be like the Filmation type line back then. I will be down of all 3 of those lines, I just hope the DC comics line isn't too detailed or the Superfriend's line too overly "cartoony" (I know they are based on cartoons lol). IOW, I hope all the lines FTC puts out for DC still continue to retain the Mego feel, just in the different parameters of each line. I just will have to rethink if I'll continue to buy multiples of the same DC characters over & over again in these different lines. If I had to pick, I'll go w/ Batman 66 & the line that more closely follows the Mego look. Hopefully they'll all blow me away & I can choose D.) All of the Above! If QC improves vastly, I will probably take x2 of everything. If it remains the same, pick & choose for now. I'm optimistic QC changes for the better are starting as I trust the consensus from the board members here who have bought the Conan/Tarzan/FF lines & Batman 66 Wave 3. Sounds like I'll be optimistically positive 4 now, although I'm having crap QC for my set of Loose Superman Wave 1 figures & can only assume my MIB set is the same. Hopefully that was/will be the last wave to suffer & better times are here at last!

Richie Cunningham has a great Jimmy feel.

^ that was my original plan actually, but I had heard the earlier CTVT mego-like heads were HUGE! Is the Happy days heads ok scale wise?

Also, I thought I'd ask you, T-Bolt had mentioned the new RITT dye formula doesn't work to dye mego bodies anymore, do you know if any dyes on the market will still dye mego-like/ mego repro bodies? Thanks 4 ANY info megoknight!

Unaware of dying issues. I do not dye bodies. Most have PVC type parts that don't take dye. As for Richie head size....................

Paint his hair a lil more red and add some cheek freckles and you might have a custom to show.

You could also use it for a Gomez Adams custom, dressed in the pinstripe outfit selling on CTVT.

                              That Riddler is AWESOME!!!

I would never had guessed that it was a Richie head! It looks like it was always intended to be Riddler!

So, I'll wait to see what is in the next 66 wave and if there isn't a green suit Riddler (or at least a solid rumor that one is coming), I'll make a custom like that and call it good!

                              Yay Team!!!

Megoknights Gomez looks very cool, has me thinking about possibly some Adams family customs???
Uncle Fester seems like it wouldn't be to difficult, bald head would not be hard to get, Morticia black hair female
head, female body, and long black one piece dress, not sure on a Lurch, Pugsly, Wednesday or Grandmama,
and of course Thing, just a hand sticking out of a box, I figured they made Munsters figures, so Adams family would
be cool customs, then they all can hook up for a picnic at the local grave yard.
