Whoops he's doing Hercules not Conan so I guess that's not the reason for the Conan price hike. Nothing to see here move along

I don't think the accessories would make them more expensive. Why weren't the Knights more expensive?

It's not the accessories. These are a bigger risk. Probably produced a lot fewer as well. So the price is a bit higher to offset the cost/number ratio.

No, you're correct. The cost is minimal. I know what the Burroughs license cost was at a couple of years ago, and I thought it was steep. You had to take John Carter too, if I'm not mistaken. Not sure if the movie changed that union. Minimum run numbers can vary in China, but with the number of figures they're doing I would think FTC would have a pretty solid relationship with theirs. The Conan and Tarzan licenses were 2 I thought were sketchy when announced based on info I knew. The accessories wouldn't increase the price, but the cost of the license would.
It's not a doll it's an action figure.

Character selection and $30 price point is going to make the Conan line a tough sell. Conan will do ok but the other two characters are lesser-known supporting characters to a lesser-known main character. Same thing will affect the Tarzan line, I don't think it's a coincidence that BBTS is only selling Conan, Tarzan and Jane individually.

Kull and a Solomon Kane aren't supporting characters. They may haven not been as popular as Conan, but they were the stars of their own series of pulp stories by Robert E. Howard. KUll and Conan are similar on the surface.Conan started as a rewrite of a rejected Kull story. Solomon Kane is a traveling Puritan vigilante set in the 17th century.

But, yeah, Conan is more popular

Too bad they aren't selling Kane and Kull separately. I'd buy extras for parts.

Heck,Kull even had a movie starring Kevin Sorbo. Problem with that is it came out when Sorbo was still doing the Hercules TV series.

At first I was excited to see Kane but my opinion has changed the more I look at the pictures. The head really needs to be a bit smaller. Kull I still want and Conan is a have to. Hope the price points go no higher than this though.

Kull is one of those '90s films best forgotten. Not Sorbos fault though, poorly written and directed.
