FTC-WG Came exactly like this
Batgirl came with a messy lopsided flip, I don't have the before picture straight from package, this is just after I combed out the flip to start fresh.
This was the best I could get Catwoman's hair before I decided to make more homemade clear headbands.
Wonder Girl has thinner hair, so after training it I decided to take off the headband and give Retro Action WW back her bracelets after makeing a pair for WG that I am happier with.
I think the three girls look way better now, but still need to contact FTC due to all three of my Batgirls having incorrectly assembled necks and WG having a VERY loose knee joint that will eventually fall off. But I am THRILLED with all the WGSH that FTC is releasing and have found customer service there fantastic so far!Comment

I will be curious as to what they tell you about the Batgirl neck issue. Is this a series wide issue, or just a problem on some of them? I haven't opened mine yet to check. Has anyone fixed it themselves?Comment

Hey TRDouble! First off were you a JLU collector that used to post on AFI (I see Moniter is on here!) or is your name only familiar to me from the MOTUC sites like mattycollector & he-man.org?
As 4 the BATGIRL neck problem, I think it is a WIDE spread issue as every Batgirl I've seen pics of are so obviously No-Necked! The BOOTS are SHORT and the NECKS are SHORTER! That's my observation. I have had 100% breakage issue on all my WAVE 1 figures, ALL the right ARMS falling off. WAVE 2 BODIES were WAY BETTER (Just one really loose knee on Bruce & I hate the taller body on Penguin although his BODY WORKS GREAT!) Series 3 I haven't really looked at yet, I only opened my 1st Batgirl & 1 Alfred for my 2 nephews & I to play with! But I think it's 100% IMPOSSIBLE to FIX the Batgirl neck problem! It looks horrible when you see it without the cape & especially next to CATWOMAN's purrrrfect mego-like neck! But so far FTC has been VERY GOOD about sending the 100% NEEDED replacement bodies after submitting photographic proof & such, I also think it didn't hurt that they sent them with a order including 1 Batgirl, X2 SETS of Teen Titans & a pair of robin shoes for riddler! On that, the $2 GREEN Robin shoes on their site are smaller & fit the NEW Robin BETTER & have a better color match then the shoes released w/ him! So the CTVT Green shoes went on series 1 Robin & his shoes went on Riddler, tight fit BTW w/ the jumpsuit.....so I'm going to need something to protect his feet.....possible purple hero boots cut down? Well I'll keep you posted on their response to the Batgirl Issue. I don't think I'll get re-placement bodies sent (altho I'll DEF try) but if at least they make sure it doesn't happen again, I'll be content. I will rep-lace at least my opened PLAY/Loose Display Batgirl w/ one of their bodies!Comment

the Batgirl was a very nice figure ,i bought 3 ,the neck problem is that somebody goofed and the neck went into the torso,perhaps a drone
forcing the head on to hard pushing it down,or a drone that didnt let the glue harden before putting in that tight rubber band for the neck stem,
i had bought some female bodies from figures (made in china)and switched them over,she looks great,although the boots were to short & no
face make-up(like the original).its still a wonderful figure.cant wait for Wonder women .Ole Alfreds head is huge(starbuck,Apollo)i guess bif
bang pow isnt the only one to pull this goof.Batman & Robin from series three are very well done,waiting for series 4,i still think that the SMDM
Rudy heads are by far the worst,just awful.even though i bought them,they look funny standing next to Oscar.Comment

Yep, that's me! I used to post regularly over at AFi, mostly in the Mattel forum, but in Hasbro and Diamond forums too. Never posted on MOTUC stuff though; never collected the Matty stuff, although I have posted on Matty in the DC and Ghostbusters forums. Anyway...
I actually have a set of Dr. Mego Robin shoes that I have been meaning to put onto my FTC Robin. I'll have to do that and the Riddler shoe swap too.
I cannot see FTC replacing all of the neck-less Batgirls. The next time I place an order at CTVT or Dr. Mego, I will just grab a couple extra female bodies and swap them on my own dime, if it really bothers me.Comment

TRDouble..... I knew I remembered you fondly from AFI, as I was the RABIB OCD JLU collecting fiend on there ( JLU-4-me ) & I always liked both U & MoniterEp as well. I'm trying to stick w/ just doubles on FTC WGSH as I think I learned a valuable lesson w/ going waaaaay over board w/ my disgustingly huge and overwhelming JLU collection! Good to see U on here! As for Batgirl ( her, Robin, WW & Catwoman were my favorite childhood WGSH figs as a child), she's the only FTC WGH I bought x3 of & for almost $90 (x2 Ebay + x1 CTVT w/ my x2 Titans sets) I feel I deserve proper bodies for what I spent & will try calling today or tomorrow. I'll let you know what they say! They were good about fixing my HUGE WAVE 1 BODY Prob, considering they all were lepers w/ body parts falling off spontaneously lol! IL, you've done a terrific job reworking those hairstyles more appropriately/attractively.
The quality of the rooting seems good; the styling & hairbands are an aspect FTC should address.WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.Comment

^ THANKS Pengy! I appreciate your favorable feedback on my re-flipping techniques lol! I also made the TITANS look waaaay better, but I'll post pics in that thread when my friend who is a computer scientists can help me! I REALLY wish the Mego museum had that feature where when U upload a pic it says BROWSE & you can look through & click whatever pics you want to upload. I'm not savvy w/ or into these darn adding machines & the interwebs! (Computers/internet) lol! & Penguin..... I've enjoyed your posts for years & years! I don't think U are an $$$$$$$!
