I hate store exclusives. I don't have the time or energy anymore to be chasing down toys. I just wanna buy the damn things and be done with it.

The only thing worse than store exclusives is convention exclusives.
For a long time I was a completist with Star Wars Hallmark ornaments. Their convention exclusive shenanigans broke me of it, and now I don't care if I miss some of the regular releases. So it actually had a backfire effect.
I never understood the appeal of going to a convention to buy an exclusive. You have to wait in line, overpay, and lug it around, hoping you don't damage it.
Just make it available on line, dang it!Comment
