Man, these baggy suits are near deal-breakers for me.

CTVT got the tights right in the past with their Monsters. Why are Batman and Robin so baggy? I don't wish to sound overly negative, because I'm still excited to get these, but for me, I always was fascinated by Mego's clothing and how well-tailored and conforming they were.

Robin is a big disappointment to me. I could get over the tights but the color of the cape and the collar looks bad. I'm sure the twist tie has somethign to do with the collar but the yellow looks far too mustard like for me. The main thing I was wanting to see was a very shiny yellow.

Batman doesn't look baggy at all to me, I love it, and love the gloves on both of them, and Robin's slippers. Agree with Jim that the color of Robin's cape is off a bit.

As for the baggy legs on Robin, I'm clearly no seamstress, but how big of a deal would it be to snip a bit off each leg and then resew closed? Since the feet will be in the slippers if the stitching isn't perfect it will be covered by the shoes anyway.

And before anyone says it yes I know you shouldn't 'have' to do this, but still. Looks like it could be an easy fix if you're handy with a needle and thread.

Compare those pics to the China assembly line pics and you will se a lot of differences, the tights on Robin are tight and the Joker and Riddler have Evel hands. Even tho they are saying that these aren't prototypes on the cards I think they are. AND it even says *Prototypes Pictured in the pics that House of Dracula posted. The factory made stuff looked a lot better.

Robin's cape also seems to be a lighter yellow. Will be curious to see the pics from some of the members once they get them. I was going to hold off but the Batman looks really good, if Robin does as well I will probably go ahead and get them.

these better be better than the crappy FTC Repro's...I have my 66' set coming and may have to replace ALL the bodies because of cheap feeling plastic and the bodies being strung tight. These might look good on their cards, but as a toy,I guess i'll find out soon enough if I am staying with FTC for Mego's..

these figures (at least the Repro's are not worth the asking price)

I ordered mine Monday and they shipped this morning. Hopefully the early bird orders will get their sets this weekend and can post us some photos.

I pre-ordered mine in January, but just got my shipping notice today. I had ordered it from Classic TV Toys' website with some other items, so it probably took a little longer.

I'm not a stickler like some of you guys, but yeah, wow, that carded Robin is a mess.

I'm still convinced its the prototype they already showed us and not the China made figure. Its the same one in this pic that FTC has been using for months

The assembly line pics I posted above show a tight suit on Robin and different hands on Joker and Riddler than in those carded pics.

Good eye, Thunderbolt. I think you are bang on, as the Robin in this pic looks closer to the package version than those on the assembly line.

Hopefully someone will receive them soon. T-Bolt is probably the closest!
