Anthony from Figures Toy Company sent along these latest pictures from China. Barring anything unforeseen, these are due to hit the shores of the USA in late April. Looking good!
Pretty sure the head is cast in blue and everything else is painted.
Actually, I think it is painted blue. If you gaze deeply into Adam West's hole, it appears to be flesh colored on the inside. And yes, I am really proud of myself for typing that last sentence.

this has got to be one of the most insightful and awkward posts of the year lol ,great stuff ,im still laughing as im typing this reply ,good stuff josh and i thought the same ,inside the neck hole is certainly showing flesh coloured vinyl ,so much better than that shiney flesh tone most toys are painted with ,mego cap and bats for instance
I hope that Robin doesn't get packaged without his belt.
I am guessing the two Robins off to the side are deficient and the young lady packaging is one part of the quality control measures?
Very curious to see how the new gloves and boots system works cause Batman and Robin 66 are prime candidates for Type S body conversion. Gotta get that climbing a wall pose just right

I think you are seeing what you want to see as you gaze deeply into Adam West's hole.
I think you are seeing elements of light refracting and thinner plastic. Not only is it typical to mold the toy part in the color that will cover the most area, it would also not be typical to paint Adam West's neck plug since the paint would be assured of coming off as his head turns. Paint is usually left off of the 'mechanical' moving parts.
yeah i agree with you thats the way its usually done and it makes good economic sense to do it that way ,but ,and im not comparing figures set up to medicoms ,but medicoms batman begins figure is flesh molded and painted cowl ,so its not unheard of ,and how many coats of flesh tone would it take to cover navy blue and make it look good ,and match the overall look of the line ,anyway which everway they did it they look like they have made a great job of it anyway ,and im sure your just as keen as i am to find out one way or the other ,i cant wait to get these guys
