This is all well and good but there comes a point where it's time to stop teasing and start shipping.

At this point, the 1978 catalog is just as possible.

I'll put my money on CAW 2.0 to make it to market first.

So that would make the first non Batman wave Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash & Green Lantern - not bad. I wonder if Superman & Wonder Woman will be exact copies of the Mego releases. Since they already have the Superman head I'd guess yes on him and the black haired female head could be used for Wonder Woman.

Why is this even a question at this point? Isn't it a given that they'll be exact reproductions?

Wow! Beautiful......Can you imagine if they were to venture into DC Superhero Action figures that would remotely resemble the art in their cards/case. Brand new head design/sculpts for a new generation of fans. I'm sure it would appeal to all the Masses......Both young and old. "GO FTC GO".

Well, they ain't gonna do that.... unless they're planning on totally surprising us and doing a 180 from the "exact" reproductions of a vintage look as far as what they've already shown in their promo.

And if they ever try to go that route that Mattel went... then I'm surely out of their game. I'm gonna have my wallet in action enough with 6 inch Star Wars and other stuff, than to have my money in an 8 inch scale DC line that "almost" is Mego.... I did that once already and did not like it. Except for the new characters... those weren't a bad thing for me. Not on Mego bodies like these new Figures Inc figures are... but, admittedly, not bad all the same.

Folks who have the Mattel versions might want them? Collector's cases aren't that attractive to me. The old Star Wars ones that sorta doubled as a Playset were more attractive.

A case that opened and had a Batcave or a Hall of Justice or Hall of Doom backdrop might get me to buy it.
