I just checked their website and facebook page and no news on these figures. This had to be leak by someone. I am excited but I also know that their sister website is classictvtoys and the figures I bought before from them were the Happy Days, Brady Bunch, and Space 1999, and to be honest were very low quality. I mean they were selling these things for like $5 each. I don't have their new Kiss figures so I don't know if their quality has improved over the years. I can't belive that DC would let such a substandard figure be made of their heroes.Comment

Now this is exciting! And I wish it was Doc making these too, but hey, it's better than nothing. I would buy these before the 60s molded plastic 6" Batman figures. And like everyone said, we can always trade out the bodies, if they're slipshod quality."Do you believe, you believe in magic?
'Cos I believe, I believe that I do,
Yes, I can see I believe that it's magic
If your mission is magic your love will shine true."Comment

My only guess, (if this is all legit) is that they paid Mattel for the rights to do them. Everyone wins, since Mattel gets $ but doesn't have to invest any money themselves into doing something they aren't interested in. I'll be most interested if they do a line extension, even if it's just Batman as there would tons of characters to mine. My "dream" for this line would be to ultimately give us characters we haven't been given by Mego or Mattel-Retro action thus far.Comment

Wow, didn't see that one coming. If they can fix all the quality issues from the past this could be HUGE.
Having said that, I hope they mark all the parts, so we can immediately tell if a boot or glove is repro or not."...The agony of my soul found vent in one loud, long and final scream of despair..." - Edgar Allan PoeComment
