STAR WARS "BATTLE PACKS": The Positive Side Of

comments on this topic for this new post---

----but what the heck--I'll start a new one.

anyway...

I saw something today that totally justified my frustration with those that
have frustration with the Battle Packs

I saw the "Bespin Betrayal" Battle Pack today in a store---if I didn't drop a
notable amount of bucks on the new Indy figures, I DEFINITELY
would've bought that item---how freakin' cool is that?

For less than $20 you get a Vader figure with switch out hands
and AWESOME versions of Chewie, Han and Leia (in a great rubber
gown, not that fabric one)

Yeah alotta that stuff figure-wise may have been available before---
but not QUITE like this---with all that quality---and for that cheap

Not only did the Vader have switch out hands, but there was
awesome cardboard Bespin Dining Room stuff----as well as actual
three-dimensional plastic drinking cups with "blue liquid" in them
(not to mention a slew of nice looking figure appropriate weapons
including a spare Vader saber)

Simply one of the greatest STAR WARS items I've ever seen in a TARGET
if not the best...

Praise the Battle Packs

Man---I couldn't agree more -----for EXACTLY the same reason you
described:

Han Vs. Vader---awesome.

You should see the toy pack if you haven't---it has 'em posed pretty close
to the scene---

I just fell in love with the toy---if I wasn't so sure I could pick it up later
(for maybe cheaper even) I woulda added it to my "Indy shopping grab"
for sure!

OH YEAH----I FORGOT TO MENTION----

Thee's a FIFTH figure included too (can't believe I didn't mention it earlier)

It comes with a great BOBA FETT figure too!
