It's been awhile since we got a Marvel One:12 - hopefully we'll see two or three drop very soon. Until then, I had to bide my time with the 'fall exclusive' Red Skull:
Very Nice! How I always envisioned a mego one should look.

Yes, it can be tough to get used to when you are expecting an 8 inch figure. But they are really well made.
No argument on the quality, I can see why people love them. When i reviewed the Space Ghost for the Museum I just realized the scale doesn't do it for me. Just my own weird bias, maybe i'll get over myself if they do a property i can't live without.

I'm not a fan of the scale either. I started to collect the line, but realized they just weren't for me. Too many liberties taken with costume elements (Mez-flare is the term, I believe), and then the Classic Punisher fiasco. It sold out in a few hours, solely because quantities per order weren't limited, thus creating a huge scalper market where the best version of a character was selling for 4x the retail. After that, I sold off all the figures I owned, except for Frankenstein (one of the best-executed figures IMO, but not a big seller apparently).
Oh I tried to avoid these things but the Classic Superman got me and I was not disappointed. I guess I have to get Frankenstein now. And Kirk and Spock.....What else do they make of classic super heroes like the superman?
Superman could have tempted me, but once again, Mez-flair strikes in regards to the "S" emblem. Instead of a decal or screen-printed emblem, they went with a rigid, hard material shield that isnt form-fitting to the costume, and the edges stick out. Dumb.
