That's pretty cool, but oddly when I look at his outfit, it doesn't stray too far from the Deadpool Hot Toys version. Clearly it's a different design, but the cosmetics (material and color schematic) are quite similar.

OK...I'll probably get flogged for this BUT, I like Affleck's costume better. Too much black on this one, and where's the double D's man?! Wait, that didn't sound right...

Yeah, you deserved to be flogged for that.

That costume really works within the show. It looks great on camera. Affleck's....I'm not really sure it even worked in THAT movie. Not that I hate that movie like most. I've seen far worse. I think the open collar killed it for me. Too "Disco Nightwing" for DD.

Honestly, I didn't even notice the letters were missing, so I guess I'm ok with them not being there. Liked Affleck's suit and movie just fine but the netflix show seems to nail the character much better.

Thanks so much for bringing a chuckle to my day with this comment, Dwayne! I agree wholeheartedly: if he's gonna call himself DareDevil, he needs the DD to go along with that.

I'm also in your camp when it comes to movie DD costume vs. Netflix DD costume. Yeah, the "costume" (they'd probably prefer "uniform" since costume seems to be a dirty word in the world of celluloid super-types) in the Netflix version is probably more "street" than the one in the movie, but I like the fact that the movie version actually embraced the red and stayed pretty true to the comics version. The neckline didn't bother me (I actually didn't really pay it any attention) and the fact that the cowl was separate from the suit made sense since we all saw how hard a time Batman had in turning his head...

I'm gonna get the Blu-ray set soon...just curious, how do they show his "radar sense" ? That was one thing I freaking LOVED about the Affleck movie. That was such a cool effect.

They really downplay Matt's perspective in that sense (pun intended), he also doesn't have spider-man like powers like Affleck's DD seemed too.

The show focuses more on character and action, which is pretty terrific.

Nothing wrong with that, but I always like to see superhero's powers in action, and that radar effect was amazing. It was just so cool to "see" what he sees.

I struggle to remember a single instance of it in the two seasons, I'm sure it happened but it's very rare.

The episode "World on Fire" goes a long way towards explaining/demonstrating how Matt's "radar sense" works. It's pretty cool visually.

it happened once or twice, when you saw what he saw: a sort of world on fire.
I would also like to see a little more of it.

I've been wanting to do a mego version of this suit and the black mask for a while now!
