Joker actually looks sinister, and the Batman and Batcave pic is very cool.

Question, what makes a made in China factory action figure (with probably less than $5.00 invested into making it - including labor) worth $250.00 ?
Is there any other reason other than "this is the maximum an avid collector will pay" ?
I just don't get the logic behind the crazy high prices ---Comment

When I first saw the Hot Toys Batman & Robin, my jaw dropped.
Those figures actually looked like Adam & Burt in the photos that I first saw.
I'm just not getting that same feeling with this Joker figure.
I mean, it's cool and all but I'm just not as blown away as I was with the Batman & Robin figs.

I think the lighting from underneath isn't really helping, but here's a rough comparison of both the Tweeterhead and Hot Toys prototypes:
At the end of the day, it's just amazing there's a possibility this will exist. And I will buy it. But the Tweeterhead is the same scale, and I can hear Romero's laughter when I look at it.Comment

I think that the side view shots look more like Romero that the front views do.
The thing is, I don't want to be a Wet Blanket with this.
No One wants this to be a success more than me but I can't help it, it just looks off.
