My latest model...Son of Kong! Legends of Stop Motion

Finished Little Kong up this morning...this is the third bust from this series I've done. Will take some better pics when my wife shows me how to use her mysterious phone that does all things...LOL.

The little guy sure is cute...he looks great next to his Pop!

Truly beautiful paintwork on both Daddy and Son!
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

That's dead on mint, amazing work and detail, very nice.

Do I dare ask if your considering Godzilla?

I love the color scale here. That really brings them to life in the only way we truly know them. Plus it's the best color scheme for showing contrast so effectively. Every detail is lovingly on display here. Great work!!

^Thanks Tom! I love painting kits in silver screen b/w...and for some reason it just comes naturally to me. A lot of modelers say they find it difficult but I never have. In fact I love not having to dwell on what colors to choose. I've pretty much decided from now on if the subject matter is b/w so will my paint job be.
