Your thoughts on hasbro's Marvel Universe

Being on a marvel kick I can see why this is the go to line. Mego and Secret Wars only scratch the surface on character selection.
Can you really top the x-men giant size box set?



There are some voids in the lines but its still continuing and they did a much better job than ML on their team building.

Yeah, that GS X-MEN box set is pretty sweet! Only missing Sunfire (which I picked up as a single) and Banshee (who is stil MIA I believe).

Yeah Banshee hasn't been done yet.
I'm going to try to piece together all the pre-1980 X-Men characters. The blue Angel can be pricey.

Yeah he's a must have i bet they will be available stateside next month. I hope they release a new Magneto. The secret Wars version is pricey and he looks like he has a sumo diaper.


Him and classic Banshee in a two pack would make me a happy camper.

I'm amazed at now many iconic Marvel characters have never gotten an action figure in any line. They still to this day have never done the Puppet Master...Baron Blood...Stilt Man....the Owl...the Jackal...the Orb...Water Wizard...Nightmare...Mesmero just to name a few.

Mesmero was a recurring X-men villain in the 70's. His outfit wasn't bad either. . I'd like to see a throw away villain in one of the next sdcc sets. It would be a riot to get the Vanisher

I picked up the grey Beast just because he was soo obscure.

Picked up Ulik today. Good use of the Abomination/Rhino body.

Some new Comic Packs on the way, too.

Mesmero was a recurring X-men villain in the 70's. His outfit wasn't bad either. .

He was also the villain in my favorite Spidey Super Stories in EC magazine. I think John Schneider was on the cover.

I was hoping we would get a traditional blackbelt Thing.


But he only appeared that way in 300 or so issues I can see why marvel would overlook that little detail.
