I think the Hot Toys looks better, starting with the head/mask. The figure is also more streamlined...as opposed to the bulky looking Sideshow one. I do like the accessories of the Sideshow though.

Thinking on buying one, but not both.

What says the masses?

I like the design of the Sideshow one better with the armor bits and the way the suit is done. IT just looks more real world to me. I do really like the word balloon accessories, too. Makes me kinda want to do a custom of him. Or at least use some of the designs elsewhere. The other one looks perfect as far as a movie figure goes.

The mask on the Hot Toys one looks more like a realistic mask whereas the Sideshow one is more comic booky. I think they both look good so it just sort of falls to preference there. I prefer the Hot Toys mask, but the Sideshow sculpt looks good too.

I like the outfit on the Hot Toys better as well. I like the streamlined red/black scheme, where the Sideshow gets kind of convoluted with all the extra brown and grey parts.

So it looks like my preference is Hot Toys, but I feel like you can't go wrong.
