Some more pics...these are the MOTU figures of my dreams. I'll own every single one if I gotta sell plasma. LOL

Very cool, but how do the legs pose--I don't see joints?
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

That skull articulation leaves me speechless. I'm imagining a Creepshow (I Want My Cake) "Nate" with that feature. Just think, you could practically make your own stop motion MOTU movie with that.

I don't collect MOTU, and still, this is a great piece. I might just get this one anyway.

Wow, now that's some creative work there. Love the articulation they achieve through a simple ball-joint!

The joints are really well hidden...the knee bends just below the kneecap. If you look really close you can just barely see the break. Like the original figures, most characters will share bodies. They said they have a few different body types in development for larger guys like Beastman, etc.

^Thanks. How much are these projected to cost? I need to jump on-board with a modern MOTU line.

They said their goal is to keep them below $200. Pretty good considering Sideshow's new Wolverine figure is $250.

Below $200. Hmm. Scratch that off my list....

I did a little more research...their 1:6 TMNT figures are $150 and supposedly the MOTU figures will be the same.
With the level of sculpting and articulation they're doing, I'm okay with that. They also said the figures will have removable armor, real fur loincloths, fabric capes, and possibly die cast metal weapons.

^Very tempting, but that price would put it at odds with me for re-collecting, say, a neat vintage line like Kenner SMDM. Still...

There's the 3 3/4" ones to consider, too. But these Mondo ones do look beautiful.
