    Frank Gorshin finally done right!

Tweeterhead continues to blow me away with their '66 Batman statue line...the headsculpt and body posturing on this guy is PERFECT.
Best Riddler piece to date IMO.

Its a shame FTC can't use a sculptor of this caliber instead of "The Farrow" or whatever that guy is called.

I thought I was more or less done with collecting. Then he shows me this...

I knew what I was going to see before I clicked the thread link. Yes, Trevor Grove is a real master of his craft. I plan to TRY to keep up with this line.

Boy you ain't kidding. I may end up keeping CW and getting the rest after all. Hard to pass up art like this. I'm also on the fence regarding the Munsters.

I don't think you're being fair to The Farrow. As far as I know, you can't get that same level of detail in a soft rubber doll head as you can in a solid statue. I think the Batman '66 line is the best sculpted line of Mego style figures, ever. As far as I'm concerned, The Farrow is awesome.

The level of detail is not where the difference lies.

I dunno, I think this looks great from the front angle and off on the two side angles. FTC could use the same head sculpt and it could come out different once it's turned rotocast. Much different than working with something like polystone or polyresin.. And of course we're talking a $20 item versus a $200+ item.

sorry, but the Riddler statue sculpt could be molded and used for a "soft rubber doll" head. Just look at that new Riddler sculpt, doesn't even look like Gorshin and the eyes and mouth are crooked like he has Bell's Palsy or something.
