Haven't hit any of the box stores as of yet. From what I've seen the 3.75" figures and the black & red X-wing will be my main focus. Living on a fixed income with rent and other living expenses sort of puts a crimp on my collecting these days. Have to be a little picky.

I stopped collecting the smaller figures years back.
You spend a lot of money on a whole pile of figures, while you could just wait and buy one more expensive figure that is "something special".
The Hot Toys Luke is expensive, but he really takes me back to 1977. You get the emotional value included in that figure. So I'll wait for that one.
Eventually, I think I'll end up selling most of the smaller stuff and getting one or two great pieces: my ultimate dream is still a set of life-size droids..

You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...Comment

I just found out about this event on Thursday, so I was a little behind the times on this one.
I wore my Boba Fett costume to the PM TRU event when they had their midnight madness deal and wore it again the next day during the day at TRU and it was a blast. I wore my TIE pilot costume and was with a friend in his Stormtrooper costume for the AOTC TRU midnight event and again had a blast. Those were good times and I will remember them always.
I didn't do anything for the last movie, because I got too big to pull off the costumes, nor this one, because I no longer have my costumes and I found out too late.
We went last night to check things out and TRU had the most merchandise followed by Target and Walmart was pathetic to say the least with what they had and how it was presented.
I had no clue what was out for toys, but every store looked picked over and you could tell by the empty pegs what toys were the must haves and what will be peg warmers for the next few years.. I saw a lot of overpriced stuff $100+ and some of the stuff looked good, but I didn't get a thing.
