What is available is the 3 3/4" version of tomland figures.

Correct. These are the small action figures made into a 9.5 inch vinyl figure.

They also want to make vinyl figure using the head design for the mego like line that did not get made into a smaller action figure version. In other words a 9.5 inch vinyl figure of Yick, Grand, Dral, ... you get the idea.
