I also wonder: HT has changed the headsculpt for Solo. What if you pre-ordered, and actually wanted the first sculpt? Is it included?Leave a comment:

Personally, it doesn't always have to be a photo accurate likeness. I still see it as a toy, and therefore I can happily accept a more "toy-like" sculpt. The Medicom is good enough for me. Also, I have moral objections to HT's prices...Leave a comment:

It's so interesting to see these side by side. I mean, they all look like Harrison Ford, yet there are subtle differences that also make them look different.
I prefer the Medicom. I think it's the expression I like. I don't like the pieces of hair falling over his forehead tho.
I also prefer the first version of the Hot Toys sculpt to the new version. Again, it's the expression. I think the new hair is better.
Funny thing is: They all look great! I would be happy to display any of them.Leave a comment:

I'd happily settle for the Medicom. I have three, all of which I paid no more than $60 a piece for (MIMB). I pick them up at conventions: buyers seem to be confused by the generic black box without any photos of the figure. Good for me!
I'm hoping someone will sell his Medicoms or Sideshows once the HT versions are released. They're welcome in my toyroom anytime.
That said, the new HT sculpt for Han is better. Credits to HT for listening to the collectors.Leave a comment:

That is some seriously thick strands of hair on that Medicom Han.Leave a comment:

The Medicom sculpt looks like him, but there is no life in the face. And those overly plump stray hairs on the forehead look terrible. Compare the eyes in both and the HT one wins hands down. They look like eyes and not sloppy paint apps like the Medicom.Leave a comment:
