Looks good. I need a Thor to join my Iron Man and Cap. The sculpt on his arms looks a bit bland, though.

Thor should get a better shampoo. The God of Thunder needs more volume in his hair...

One thing I cannot figure out regarding Hot Toys. Why do they keep giving Black Widow rooted hair while Thor's is sculpted?
His hair is longer than hers.

I don't like the rooted hair on her at all.

I've seen better pictures of that figure and it does look like Chris Hemsworth. But the facial expression is bland and lifeless...emotionless. I'm glad I bought the Avengers 1 HT Thor..it's a great sculpt!

What I dislike about the chest armor, is that the bottom seems to be wider than the shoulders. It makes it look odd. I like it better when the shoulders are wider.

don't forget the rubber arms will crack when posing and deteriorate

I suppose they could, but I have a few Big Jim's that still look good. How could they hold up after 40 years and Hot Toys not? The arms seem to be similar, though I haven't pulled out the Big Jim's out of their box in the basement for a while.

Anyway, I don't see this is a big upgrade over the Dark World Thor, so I'll pass on this. How many $250 Thor's does one need, anyway?

I was waiting for AOU Thor, but since they went the rubber arms I may just get the Dark World Thor instead as I don't have a Thor yet

If you have a look at the forums of Sideshow Freaks and One Sixth Warrior, you can see all those rubber armed figures: try a (gentle) pose or two, and the whole arm splits.
Oddly enough, My Aliens Drake is holding up fine, and he was one of the first.

I still need a 1/6 scale Thor, but I'll customize one with normal jointed limbs.
