What I'd Like To See In FTC's New Wrestling Legends Figure Line

Just as in many other genres, Figures Toy Company has been keeping wrestling figure collectors buzzing. In addition to the first figure line for Ring of Honor, FTC will have lines featuring independent wrestling stars and legends. I discuss what I'd like to see out of the latter line this week on my blog!

What's the style of the bodies? I'd love for somebody to do the retro style LJN type figures of guys both old and new that were never made in that style.

Using the same bodies as the Jakks legends is brilliant! I will get these for sure.

They should go after the niche hardcore wrestling fan demographic. I dont think the Rock and Roll express, Cowboy Bill Watts,Verne Gagne, and Ray Stevens have been immortalized in Action figure form yet.

As a huge wrestling fan, I'd love a mid Atlantic focused line, but I'll be interested to see what they release. Without a ring, a wrestling line feels hollow though....so I also would love to see that.

Jakks made the Rock and Roll Express (but they switched their hair colors!).

I'd like to see the line take an international direction.....namely Mexican and Japanese stars......Santo, Blue Demon, Mil Mascaras and Tiger Mask.

I would absolutely love a classic, ajpw line, but if ring of honor is niche, than I can't imagine how niche ajpw is.
