I got two of the three figures in. Here is a sentence I never thought I'd utter, MY Richard Dreyfuss action figure is broken. Looks like someone took a sledge hammer to his forehead. I was on the fence about taking him off the card, guess I'll have to now.

Does anyone know if Entertainment Earth will carry the SDCC exclusive shark with bloody quint? I don't want to do the eBay thing.

That's the rare variant, "Goblinshark-head Hooper."

          Spoiler Warning

In the novel Hooper is killed when the shark attacks him in the cage and he's crushed.

Perhaps your figure could represent that version of Hooper.

Interesting... so that's how they attach the glasses. It's like a Michael Westmore make up appliance from ST:TNG.

Yeah, it's kind of interesting to see how the sausage is made but I wish it was someone else's figure.

Great pic! Having a blast with these. I really want a police uniform Brody from Jaws 2.

They should make the Orca and have it include a diving suit Hooper, shark cage and three barrels.

Absolutely^ The play value would be incredible.

They said the Orca was coming at SDCC. Cross your fingers. I can see a 2nd series as well but nothing stated. The first set is selling extremely well.

I have my 3 figures and shark. It's really an incredible thing to have this JAWS action figure collection---if they could include the Orca, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Extra characters are a mixed bag. Personally, I'd buy Mayor Vaughn, Deputy Hendricks, Mrs. Kitner, Alex Kitner, Chrissie Watkins, Ellen Brody, "Meadows"(the portly mustachioed Mayor's Assistant), Ben Gardner or any other pick from the 1975 film... but, of course that's a recipe for pegwarmers for most of those. If the best that can be done is variants, then I'm all for it. But, I imagine I'd only limit my variant buying to the variants based on the 1975 movie.
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix

Chrissie Watkins would be a challenge. Really want an Alex Kintner... Is that creepy? I also think Ben Gardner's head ought to be an accessory somewhere. Wetsuit Hooper in Shark Cage would offer all sorts of play value.

                              BUT...

Like the old Mego Maximilian figure... the shark could use a STAND. When you set it down, it rests, snout to floor in a very un-fearsome position.
