I don't understand these not quite repro giant vinyls, that are inspired by a rarer vintage toy. Like, I get the idea, but the price is always absurd. Same as the new Shogun Godzilla. You can get the original for the same price.

I get that it's new. But part of the reason most of these figures are even sought after, is that they're too costly for the average joe. So releasing newer improved versions that is just as costly, completely misses the point.
