Hasbro's Titan Hero Series...love 'em or hate 'em?

Personally I love these things! They have a cool retro vibe and remind me of the old Remco Energized figures, except they're actually poseable.

A lot of Marvel Legends collectors have ripped on them as being cheap, but come on...a 12" figure for $10?
How can you not love that?

They're really branching out with character selection too...besides Spidey, Cap, Hulk, Iron Man, and Thor, they've added:

    Green Goblin
    Venom
    Electro
    Agent Venom
    Quicksilver
    Vision
    Hawkeye
    Wolverine (Yellow/Blue and Brown)
    Falcon
    Dr. Doom
    Ultron
    Ant Man

And supposedly many more on the way. I think years down the road these will make a really nice collection.

I used Cap for his helmet and shield on a custom. I'm waiting to see Ant-Man in person to see if he's usable for customs.

What's not too love? I know they went cheap on the paint on the back of at least some of them, but they must be selling like hotcakes for them to branch out so quickly...and Mattel has come out with similar DC figures now.

I have a bunch of the Star Wars ones. Really nice figures for the price.
You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I have ALL Titan Marvel 12" figures but did not know about Vision, Quicksilver, Ultron, and Ant-Man! Wish there was a FEMALE- Black Widow, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Woman!

I also have Mattel 12" DC Superman and Batman! Saw 12" Joker in 2-pack with Batman!

I like them, but the DC ones have better articulation, the legs move out to the sides and the shoulders too, as well as elbows. Helps them look less stiff.

I like them for my son. He plays too rough for Megos and reMegos, so these are perfect for him. If he breaks them, no worries!

I see they have some pretty cool vehicles as well. Wonder if they look decent with Mego 8" figures?

^That Spider-Copter reminds me of the Remco Energized one. As Dwayne said, the whole line reminds me of those figures, and then that put it over the top.

                      Hate 'em!
But if I were 8 years old, I'd probably like 'em. I'm just way too spoiled at my advanced age to be satisfied with the simplicity of these figures.

My 2 year old nephew loves them. I know it is a bit younger than it says on the box but they seem robust enough and a great intro to superheros.

No small pieces so should be good. Probably one h3ll of a club though.
