Still Loving Hot Toys Chris Reeve....

    Balcony surprise experience:

From my 14th floor balcony,...My kids noticed Superman taking off from the park below. Suddenly, Superman began flying over our balcony,.. then he decided to land "Smack" right on our balcony. He looked Awesome!!! Thanks Hot Toys.

Yeah, it's a great piece. I got him in a perfect pose, and haven't moved him since.

    Great pics!

That first shot looks like a still from the movie.

still my favourite Hot Toys figure. if they weren't so expensive I'd likely have been all over the Superman 3 evil version too.

miles better than the Matty Collector one. Wish they had made a Hot Toys Zod from this era. The Brando Jor El from Superman Returns has become pricey too.
My store in the MEGO MALL!

Have mine positioned right beside my Nicholson Joker and Keaton Batman. Love this figure. I have thought about the Evil Superman but just cannot pull the trigger.

Great shots! ...with snow covered roofs of the Bronx in the background, no less.

Yeah, I think my HT Reeve Superman is my favorite HT figure. The sculpt is "dead on!"

Of the ones I have, he's my favorite too. The most simplistic, but the likeness is dead-on, which isn't easy, because from scene to scene in the first movie, Reeve looks quite different, gaining weight and muscle and having varied hair styling throughout the long shoot.

Those are just awesome pics. Nicely done! I currently have the Superman 3 version. Hot Toys has really done proper service to the legacy of Christopher Reeves.

I have three Hot Toys: Reeve, Adam West, and Burt Ward. They're so well done, I just wish I could feel safer playing with them. I tend to set them up and leave 'em alone.
