Is this the first Spider-Man toy to have Disney branding on the box? I guess I was surprised to see Disney selling a toy based on the Sony Spider-man.

I saw this on eBay last night and thought it had a certain mego vibe to it. Don't care for the yellowish eyes though. Mego Spiderman both 8" and 12" are two of my favorites as they were when I was a kid.

I saw them in the Disney Store when the movie came out, they had them for about £8 after a couple of months, Disnry seems to stock spiderman from the movie and cartoons, guess they feel spidey will sell to kids

If this was the ASM2 costume I would have been all over it, especially at such an affordable price point for a 12" cloth outfit man-doll. not too keen on this version. I also recently passed on a Hot Toys ASM for around a hundred bucks because of the outfit as well.
