I don't know if I can afford them, but they look awesome! Glad they moved to 6" scale.

After seeing these things in person at NYTF, I had to go all in. Absolutely worth it IMO.

    Some new characters...

    The Kickstarter is HERE, y'all!

These figures are truly beautiful and look like a big ol' army of fun. But at 6" scale, $33/figure for an all-new, unknown property...I don't know. I'm usually an all-in guy, but for Mythic Legions all-in means a 16-piece assortment at a $515 pledge. What were they thinking doing a 16-figure initial assortment for Kickstarter?!? That's quite the commitment! They should call that the mail-order bride tier.

On the up-side, the add-ons make it very easy to pick and choose, and customize your own personal assortment from the available figures. The legion builder packs are a welcome, affordable sight too, especially those Standard Skeletons! And the Art Book/comic book sounds fantastic, I'm very interested to see what the 4H and their friends are going to cook up for these characters and the world of Mythic Legions.

I agree, I'm pretty surprised about this news. I may be in the minority, but I would've preferred a smaller scale for these. It's nice that there shouldn't be much of a price difference, but I'm running out of display room. I don't even know if I'll be pledging now tbh. Guess I better decide soon tho, looks like the Kickstarter goes live next week some time...

I did read the article. They said it will be more of a challenge in the new scale.

My opinion was I doubt they actually will now. Hopefully they still will. But I'd be surprised if they did because big beasts like Dragons would be very expensive and take up a lot of room in the 6 inch scale

It’s been almost a year to the date since we first debuted our Mythic Legions line at our 2014 Toypocalypse show, and a lot has changed in that year. The characters have changed, the number of characters sculpted has almost doubled, and after a year of debate amongst fans (and amongst us here at the

I am torn on this one, as I love medieval knights, but money is tight enough that I have to pass on ReMegos that I want and the Canadian dollar stinks right now! I love the Chap Mei line of knights and if they were more prevalent over here, these might be an easy pass. I think I will contribute to the Kickstarter.

    Very interesting thread, Harbingerboy.
This warrior with deer antlers reminds me D & D Grimsword.
Chap Mei medieval/fantasy figures also measure 4 " (some warriors arrive at 5"). Its various lines have different dragons with mount, wagons, beasts, lots of weapons, catapults, battering rams, towers...!
