And while I like where they were trying to go with the hands, they need to work a bit on the execution.

I'm VERY fond of the Medicom Comic Version Spidey, as well as my Hot Toys Toby Maguire Spidey, BUT amongst a few Spider-Man collectors I know, the close-enough to comic book costume, skinny body and pose-ability really makes it tops in their books.

I don't own it yet, but hopefully (there are trips to Japan, Birthday and Anniversary in the next six months).
