You are a bold and courageous person, afraid of nothing. High on a hill top near your home, there stands a dilapidated old mansion. Some say the place is haunted, but you don't believe in such myths. One dark and stormy night, a light appears in the topmost window in the tower of the old house. You decide to investigate... and you never return...

I have multiples of Batman and Robin already too. But I am fine with it. Anything to get Batgirl. And if Surf's Up Joker is included in the same pack, it will be a nice plus.

Also, Surf's Up Joker, a new Batman AND Robin without wires in their capes, a Batcomputer, extra Bruce Wayne head...oh yeah!

Are we sure Batgirl is in that multi-pack? I'm not reading that here:

We knew "Surfs Up Joker" was coming, but they also revealed Batgirl and a deluxe Batman set of Batman with alternate Bruce Wayne/Adam West head, bat-computer, bat shark repellent and more! Also a full sized prop 66 Cowl!

That looks like Catwoman's body retooled. Yvonne Craig was way more curvy.

Hmm...I don't know. I think the Batgirl is a bit hippier, with a slightly thicker waste, but it's hard to tell at this point. I think she is curvier than Catwoman, but she should be even MORE curvy. But I'll take it!

Great stuff! So glad we're getting Bruce Wayne as well. Looks like the rumors of this line's demise were called too early. What a great way to be wrong! Awesome!

^You said it! Somebody at Mattel must have their head screwed on right!

Now, all they need to do is make Mr. Freeze, Alfred, King Tut, Commissioner Gordon, Mad Hatter...

Well, it wasn't really rumors...a Mattel rep said they had no further plans for the line. Now, whether that was him being coy, or just not very smart, it made people lose faith that we'd see Batgirl and the others. Glad he (and by extension, us) was proven wrong!

I'm not really sure why I was moaning, I have no plans on buying one. I'll settle for an FTC version, probably put on a (ironically) Yvonne body.

                          That Batcomputer however.....

Best news from SDCC yet! I never picked up the Batman & Robin 2 pack because of those awful wire capes, and I assumed we'd get a standard carded Robin at some point. So I'm actually very happy to see standard Robin finally pop up - and with Batgirl! This line was just glaringly incomplete without her. And that ultimate Batman pack with Batcomputer, Adam West head, Mozart bust, Bat-phone, shark repellent, batarangs - can it possibly get any better?? I'm assuming Surf's Up Joker will show up in a refresher case of single carded figures when the blu-ray/dvd hits. Just great news all around!!!

You weren't moaning. You may very well be right. She just seems to have a little bit of a hippy belly that Yvonne had, versus the more svelte and lanky Julie Newmar. To me, at least anyway.

I'm in for this and FTCs. I'm a sucker for Batgirl. Heck, we'll probably need two or three at the house for Cindy and Dani too.
