Action Elite 1/6 figures, costumes additional line announced for Captain Action!

Today at www.actionfigureinsider.com Day 2 of Scoop week Action Elite a NEW high end 1/6 line of Captain Action, Dr Evil, Lady Action, and Action Boy figures, costumes, and accessories was announced which will be in ADDITION to regular Round 2 Captain Action line! Action Elite will allow for costumes not feasible in regular line. Action Elite products will arrive in 2014 Q3 and Q4!

This has renewed my interest in Captain Action! I hope more is revealed at C2E2 Captain Action panel this Friday April 25!

The article doesn't really make it clear if these replace the Round 2 figures. I'm personally not interested in expensive Hot Toys style Captain Action. But I do really like the Round 2 mass market style Captain Action toys. So I hope that does continue with new outfits plus Action Boy and Lady Action.

I also hope Round 2 will produce Action Boy and uniform sets for him. The Elite Action ones will be way too expensive for me.
