I think the only solution is if we all let them know there is a problem, that's it is not just one guy, and that we cannot accept this kind of problem with an expensive figure. They need to send replacements.
If hundreds of customers complain, then they have a problem, which needs fixing.
Otherwise, we'll just stop buying their product because we don't trust it anymore.
