    Princess Bride?

In the various retro-licensing announcements, has anyone licensed Princess Bride for 3 3/4" retro figures (I suppose Kenner-style)? It seems a natural for 1980s fans, with figures of the principals (maybe a Fezzik made more like a MOTU body, to show off the size difference?), with even the possibility of variants of at least Westley (clean-shaven farmboy, Dread Pirate Roberts, and his look for the finale).

Have the retro figures had any action features? Seems like figures for this film should have a "swashbuckling action," ala the Super Powers line, but have any of the recent figures had action features announced?

Wanted: Legends of the West (Empire & Excel) and other western historically-based figures. Send me an offer.
Also interested in figures based on literary characters.

Huge missed opportunity. Always my "go to" when asked what underutilized action figure line potential has occurred over the decades.
"No. No no no no no no. You done got me talkin' politics. I didn't wanna'. Like I said y'all, I'm just happy to be alive. I think I'll scoot over here right by this winda', let this beautiful carriage rock me to sleep, and dream about how lucky I am." - Chris Mannix

It's hard to believe this license hasn't been exploited. Another "duh" one is Monster Squad, but I realize that may be fear of reprisal from Universal on the part of potential licensees.

I think only one figure was released from this particular line...

Although there are bobble heads too

I had forgotten the figure and bobbleheads, and I was hoping I'd just missed an announcement. I do feel there's enough of an ongoing following for the film that a line could do solidly well (all based on the price point, of course).

Well, I for one would buy them if you made them.

Just PLEASE don't get whoever sculpted Funko's Re-Action offerings to do them for you.

                Please?

I cannot think of a figure from this movie that I wouldn't buy.
