I ran the Chinese page though a translator and it is indeed 1/6th scale. As with most weird toys, it is of Japanese origin. The copy says it's "ferrite." I wonder if that is a bad translation meaning "die-cast?"

I love the tag line for the toy news website the original article is on: "I have more toys than your kids."
