Dragon 1/6 Scale Football Figures: USC & Ohio State

I stumbled across these guys one day. They're like a modern day version of N.F.L. Action Team Mates. As far as I know, these are the only two teams that Dragon produced. (Wish they would have made a UCLA figure. ) You can choose between a white or black player with home or away jerseys. You can pick whatever "fabric" jersey numbers you want.

Helmet, shoulder, thigh & knee pads are removable.

SC guy came with National Championship Banner.

The Buckeye player came with merit helmet stickers (think I only used half of them).

The amount of detail on these figures is ridiculous.

As you can see, the groundskeeper at The Horseshoe purposely grew out the grass to slow down Reggie Bush.

And it worked! It's a fumble!!

Wow those are pretty cool they remind me of the Army and Navy ones that Hasbro released in the GiJoe Classic Collection line in the 1990s.

I almost purchased the Army/Navy set at Bray's Toy Mine in Anaheim a while back. When I finally decided to buy it, it had already sold. I think the Dragon pieces were released in 2004.

Now those are very neat. I would have loved to have added those to my collection. Very unique and well made.
