Buffy and Firefly 3 3/4" Retro Style figures

following on the heels of the Alien ReAction line from Super7/Funko.

Not sure if these are Retro enough properties to get the ReAction treatment. The core fanbase that grew up with Whedon TV shows are probably not old enough to remember vintage Star Wars. I would imagine they would prefer something more articulated and pose-able, like the contemporary Star Wars figures.

Unless they are limited editions.

Two of my all time favorite shows. I'll more than likely pick up both of these sets as well as the 6 inch Firefly figures.

Though I would prefer vintage properties for vintage lines, these might be really cool. Will most likely pass on Buffy, but will definitely pick up some, or all, of the Firefly figures.

Retro Kenner-style Firefly figures would fit in perfectly with vintage Star Wars figures, so I'll probably pick them up. Buffy figures in that style? I'm not so sure about that. Guess I'll have to wait till I see them.

I am very interested in seeing these... Buffy not so much, but Firefly for sure. I wonder if they will "get it" and really capture the Kenner feel... Funkosuperseven really only copied the Kenner Prototypes, so it's still yet to be determined if they can do it. Zica is the only company yet to take a property and Kenner-ize it with the SMDM. I gotta say it's much harder than you might think...
