    Cyber Monday crock o crap

So in looking for cool cyber Monday toy deals, I stumble across the huge transformers metroplex Titan class......for over 40% off! I immediately put it in my cart but then am informed they don't "ship to home" on this item....store pickup only! So I input my zip code and then am informed that there is no toys r us within a 120 mile radius that stocks these!

Well played tru, offer a discount you won't have to offer!

You want fun? Go read some threads about Matycollector's cyber Monday.

Deals every hour that you have to pay for right then, so each has their own shipping charge.

And that's if you could get the page to load.

Hell, some figures were gone before they even made it to the sales page because people found the direct links.

my buddy was giving play by play commentary on Facebook, at the end Matty magically refused to ship any of the deals to Canada. They just lost a guy who probably spent 2K a year or more.

I had some trouble with Amazon last night, trying to get a "lightning deal" or whatever they call it. The cart refused to recognize the true discounted price, even though the product wasn't yet 100% claimed. I finally just gave up as it was a nice to have, not a must have.

I'm convinced Mattel has daily meetings to see how they can honk off their most vocal fan base.

Amazon lightning deals are fun. So there wasn't a "promotional" discount applied at the bottom before the grand total? Sometimes it throws me off when I grab a lighting deal, look in my cart and see the item at the regular price but then see the discount applied further on down.
