Mattel '66 Batmobile running change...

I picked up another Mattel Batmobile today at TRU, and I noticed they made a change.

The seatbelts are now a soft rubber/plastic and are very flexible. When I reviewed my first Batmobile, I was not able to get my figures in it at all, because the seatbelts in that one are a hard plastic that doesn't give at all.

The new seatbelts look identical to the first release...glad they fixed this!

If you have them both in the box is there any way to tell if you have the first or second issue Batmobile?

Nope...both the hard and soft seatbelts look identical. I would say any you find in the stores now though would probably be the new run.
