Well...never mind. TRU is currently sold out. It's even off their site. I know it will be back, but it's been less than a week, and they are out.

I guess this is what I get for waiting to see if someone would clear up the whole "exclusive" mess.

Oh well, I have no idea when EE is going to ship the figures anyhow.

Have the Batmobile experts weighed-in yet on how accurate this version is to the hero car?

Will a DCUC Batman fit in the Batmobile?

I doubt it. Most have hard rubbery plastic capes. The figures from Mattel's initial 6" Batman line may work...

If this had come out during that initial run a few years ago when the Burris Batmobile was making a come back, an impulse purchase would have been a no brainer for me. But already having it in a large diecast scale with doors that open, turning wheels and a highly detailed interior, make this a tough one to justify for that money. It's nice for what it is. But for me it could never replace the one I currently have on display, which means it would be a wasted $60.00 and something that would go back into a box and into storage quickly after the limited novelty of seeing figures in the car wears off. I can always get that thrill from my vintage Corgi collection. But I certainly understand those who want it. And I hope it brings hours of pleasure. Thanks for posting the detail pics!
