I was in Target last night and they seemed to have started their summer clearance early. Most was 30% off, but a fair amount was 50%.

I noticed this the other night and yeah, they started almost a month earlier.
It's the economy. Everyone is trying to unload seasonal at a breakneck pace to beat the competition. I actually saw Halloween decos in one big box last Saturday.Comment
